Sands of Tchavaal
Welcome, brave adventurer!
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the days of our party members. Within the vast stretch of desert known as the Tchavaal, our heroes face challenges ranging from the marauding tribes of nomadic orcs to the feared giant hornets that rest beneath the sands.
Sands of Tchavaal is an episodic campaign using the Pathfinder rules, with round-robin DMing and a varying number of players for each session. The setting is homebrewed and loosely based on the climate and politics of Northern Persia, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Following some discussion, we’ve more or less agreed to cap the power level using the Epic 6 rules, the exact details of which are yet to be determined. Also, Lughart’s play-by-post game on ENWorld Cruel Skies uses the same setting and is deuterocanonical.
